Mentha oil up 1.2% on strong demand

Lower arrivals from Chandausi helped the tarade to gain

Mentha oil futures for March rose by Rs 15.60, or 1.19%, to Rs 1,327 per kg in 310 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the February contract traded higher by Rs 12.40, or 0.88%, to Rs 1,424.50 per kg in 1,208 lots.

Strong domestic, export demands in the spot market amid lower arrivals from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh helped the tarade to gain.
