Polaris Financial Technology has surged over 12% to Rs 162 after the company clarified that it is not planning to sell a stake in the company.

On BSE, so far 33.93 lakh shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 1.26 lakh shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 164.90 so far during the day, also it's 52-week high price.
