Prices of toor dal, urad dal, moong dal and gram dal went up while sugar declined marginally in the wholesale foodgrains market here during the week under review.
Toor dal moved up by Rs 100 to Rs 7,000 from its previous rate of Rs 6,900. On Monday it went up to Rs 600 and moved down on Friday by 500.
Urad dal increased by Rs 100 and stood at Rs 6,300 from its previous rate of Rs 6,200.
Moong dal rose by Rs 200 and stood at Rs 7,000 from last week's rates of Rs 6,800. Gram dal rose by Rs 150 to Rs 3,250 from its previous rates of Rs 3,100.
Sugar decreased by Rs 50 to Rs 2,900 from last week's rates of Rs 2,950. It maintained its downward trend from Thursday onwards.
Wheat, maida and sooji prices remained unaltered throughout the week.
