The shares of brokerage company, Prime Securities soared to a high of Rs 306.15 a share after the company's board approved raising the foreign institutional investors ceiling from 30 to 74 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital.
 
Over 1.5 lakh shares of Prime Securities changed hands at the Bombay Stock Exchange. The scrip closed nearly 5 per cent higher at Rs 306.05 a share.
