The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) witnessed record deliveries at the expiry of November contracts with 18 commodities out of 20 delivered posting a 100 per cent deliveries-to-open interest ratio, the exchange said in a statement.
 
November contracts had a total delivery of 43,052 MT. In metals contracts, the exchange saw deliveries of 270 MT in steel. Mentha oil logged 25,920 kg, while the furnace oil contract broke the previous record with deliveries of 40 tonnes.
 
Meanwhile, NCDEX announced the final settlement prices (FSP) of 42 commodities, including nine commodities in the oilseeds and edible oils category, five in pulses, four in spices, three each in precious metals and polymers, and the rest in the agri commodities category.
 
The prices of edible oils such as crude palm oil (CPO) have been fixed at Rs 447 per 10 kg, RBD palmolein at Rs 491.55 per 10 kg, while RM oil prices was at Rs 507.50 for every 10 kg. However, prices of groundnut oil would be Rs 653.55 per 20 kg and mentha oil at Rs 501.75 a kilo, the exchange said.
 
In the spices category, pepper FSP has been set at Rs 13,978 a quintal, jeera at Rs 11,157.15 a quintal, chili at Rs 4,358.85 a quintal and turmeric Rs 2,173.40 a quintal.
 
As far as precious metals are concerned, FSP for 10 grams of gold was set at Rs 10,073.75, while for one kilo silver, it was Rs 18,711, it said.
 
In the polymers category, the prices of 'Linear low density polyethylene' was fixed at Rs 65.05 a kg, while for 'Polypropylene' and 'Polyvinyl chloride', the prices were at Rs 62.25 a kg and Rs 45.50 a kg respectively, it added.
 
Prices of 'M grade' sugar have been stipulated at Rs 1,489.35 a quintal while 'S grade' sugar stood at Rs 1,450.35 a quintal. Prices of gur was set at Rs 379.10 for 40 kg, NCDEX said.
