Religare's NCD to open on Sept 14

Money raised will be used for various financing activities

Finance company Religare Finvest Limited's proposed public issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) will open for subscription on September 14.

Money raised through the NCD will be used for various financing activities.

This includes lending and investment, to repay existing debt and other business activities and operations, Vineet Saxena, the company representative, said here today.

It will close on September 17, he said.
