Sensex down 127pts; Grasim, Jaiprakash weak
The Sensex is now down 127 points at 14,991.
The NSE Nifty is down 33 points at 4,491.
Grasim and Jaiprakash Associates have plunged nearly 3% each to Rs 2,030 and rs 182, respectively. Wipro has shed 2.6% at Rs 437.
Satyam and Infosys have slipped over 2% each to Rs 407 and Rs 1,686, respectively.
ICICI Bank has tumbled almost 2% to Rs 695. DLF, Bharti Airtel and BHEL have shed 1.7% each at Rs 545, Rs 836 and Rs 1,744, respectively.
Sterlite has surged 3.5% to Rs 635, and ONGC has gained 3% at Rs 1,054.
