Sensex down 46pts; Hindalco declines 3.1%

The Nifty is trading at 4845, down 25 points.

Jaiprakash Associates has gone up 2.4% to Rs 218.

Satyam has gained 2% to Rs 534. Maruti has surged 1.8% at Rs 778 and ITC has gained 1.4% at Rs 220.

HDFC and Infosys have gained 1% at Rs 2594 and Rs 1,976 .

SBI, L&T, Tata Motors, M&M, DLF, Bharti and Wipro are the other gainers.

Hindalco has lost 3.1% to Rs 185, NTPC is down 2.1% to Rs 168.
Bhel has declined 1.9% at Rs 1,630 and Ambuja Cements is down 1.6% at Rs 93. ACC has lost 1.5%  at Rs 651.

Reliance Communications has declined 1.3% to Rs 569.

Tata Steel, Grasim, TCS ONGC, HDFC Bank and Reliance are other losers.
