Sensex still in red, down 67pts

The BSE Sensex is now at 15,307, down 67 points. The NSE Nifty is now at 4,550, down 21 points.

The Sensex still languish in the negative zone, after recovering from a low of 15,241. The index is now at 15,299, down 76 points.

ICICI Bank has declined over 2% to Rs 742.

HDFC Bank, Reliance and SBI have slipped 1.5% each to Rs 1,410, Rs 1,907 and Rs 1,686.

Infosys has also shed 1.5% to Rs 1,998.

Hindalco, Wipro and TCS have decreased over 1% each.

Tata Motors and DLF have surged nearly 5% each to Rs 393 and 431, respectively.

ACC and Reliance Infrastructure are up over 1% each.

The NSE Nifty is now at 4,549, down 23 points.

The market breadth is fairly positive - out of 2,181 stocks, 1,286 have advanced and 826 have declined.
