Sensex up 110 pts; Jaiprakash gains 3.8%

The Nifty is trading at 4892, 22 points higher.

Jaiprakash Associates has gone up 3.8% to Rs 221. Satyam has gained 2.8% to Rs 538.50, ITC is up 2.7% to Rs 223.50 and Maruti has gained 2.3% to Rs 782.

Hindalco has lost 3% to Rs 186, NTPC is down 1.7% to Rs 169, and Reliance Communications has declined 1.4% to Rs 569.
