Silver futures prices rose by Rs 115 to Rs 26,465 per kg today on pick up in demand in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange counter, silver for deliver in March moved up by Rs 115, or 0.44 per cent, to Rs 26,465 per kg with an open interest of 972 lots.
May Silver also gained Rs 21, or 0.08 per cent, to Rs 26,712 per kg in 12,062 lots.
Marketmen said rising demand in spot market mainly pushed up silver prices at futures market.
