Spicejet flies high on buyout talks

Just a couple of days ago, there were reports that Vijay Mallya and Anil Ambani had shown an interest in acquiring a stake in the low-cost carrier, SpiceJet.
SpiceJet has a fleet of 18 aircraft and is looking at expanding this to 23 this year by raising Rs 400 crore through a stake-sale. The stock had a 52-week high of Rs 104.80 on January 8 and a 52-week low of Rs 29.50 more recently on June 3.
