NIFTY
Current price: 5565,
Target price: NA
The downside breakout has a target of 5,450 in the next three sessions. A big bounce could pull the Nifty back till 5,900. If you short the Nifty future, keep a stop-loss at 5,625. A good hedge could be a bullspread of long 5,800c (28) and short 5,900c (14). The combination of short future+ bullspread has unlimited downside gains, with breakevens at 5,548, 5,877, and a maximum upside of 23. Maximum loss is 77, between 5,625 and 5,800.

RELIANCE INDUSTRIES

Target price: Rs 910
The bearish trend seems to be getting steeper. The chart pattern suggests a target of 900-910 in the next three sessions and it could test the 52-week low of 885. It could also bounce till around 965-970 if there is a recovery. Keep a stop at 955 and go short. Add to the position between 925 and 935 and reset the stop to 940. Book profits below 910.

M&M
Current price: Rs 708
Target price: Rs 680
The stock has made a downside breakout and the minimum target is 675-680, where there is a strong support.
