Current price: Rs 317,
Target price: Rs 327
The stock is bouncing from a support at around Rs 310. It has the potential to test resistance at Rs 325-330 and it will probably stop midway between that range. Keep a stop at Rs 312 and go long. Increase the position between Rs 320 and Rs 322 and reset the stop to Rs 319. Start booking profits beyond the Rs 325 mark and clear the position above Rs 327.

Current price: Rs 330,
Target price: Rs 315
The stock has seen persistent selling in the last two sessions. It could slide till around the Rs 315 level. Keep a stop at Rs 334 and go short. Increase the position between Rs 320 and Rs 323 and reset the stop to Rs 325. Below Rs 317, start booking profit. If you hold till settlement, there's a chance of a fall till Rs 305.

ONGC
Current price: Rs 1,283,
Target price: Rs 1,315
The stock has responded positively to speculation about fuel price hike. It has the potential to rise till around the Rs 1,350 level by settlement if the uptrend persists. A conservative trader will assume an initial target of Rs 1,315 tomorrow. Keep a stop at Rs 1,270 and go long. Increase the position between Rs 1,290 and Rs 1,295 and reset the stop to Rs 1,290. Book profits above Rs 1,315.
