Zodiac Clothing Company has rallied 20% to Rs 269 in opening deals, extending its previous day’s rally after Nemish Shantilal Shah and Akash Manek Bhansali from Enam Securities bought 2.43 million shares representing 12.61% stake in the company at price of Rs 175 per share in an open market transaction.
The stock has rallied 44% in past two trading sessions from Rs 187 on BSE. A combined 212,961 shares have changed hands on the counter in opening deals on both the exchanges.
Akash Manek Bhansali has acquired 2.02 million shares, while Nemish Shantilal Shah purchased 405,124 shares via bulk deal on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
India Capital Management Fund and India Capital Opportunities 1 fund have exited from their investment in Zodiac Clothing Company.
On January 3, India Capital Fund sold 1.84 million shares, India Institutional Fund offloaded 465,250 shares and India Capital Opportunities 1 fund sold around 203,701 shares for total consideration of around Rs 43.92 crore, the BSE data shows.
