The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday initiated disciplinary proceedings against its dissident members Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan.
"The PAC has reached the conclusion that a gross indiscipline has been committed by the individuals. This has been forwarded to the National Disciplinary Committee, and now they will start the process," AAP leader Ashutosh told ANI.
"The individuals will be given enough time to put up their points of view. After that the committee will convene to go through their reactions and will decide if their replies are satisfactory or not. If they are not then disciplinary action will follow," he added.
The disciplinary notice is likely to be served to Yadav and Bhushan by today or tomorrow.
"The party is keeping an eye on everybody who was present there and is observing their behaviour and conduct. Action may follow later," said Ashutosh.
