The Los Angeles home from the ABC comedy 'Modern Family' is up for sale for 2.35 million dollars.
The 2,792-square-foot house, which belongs to the fictional Dunphy family of the series, is located in the Cheviot Hills area of West Los Angeles, the Hollywood Reporter reported.
The two-story house, which features an elegant formal dining room connecting to a gourmet kitchen, has mahogany hardwood floors, crown molding and is surrounded by mature trees.
