The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has replaced L.K. Advani's loyalist and sitting MP Harin Pathak with Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal from Ahmedabad East Lok Sabha seat in Gujarat.
In the fresh list of nine candidates announced yesterday, the BJP also decided to field state office in-charge of the party, Alok Sanjar, from Bhopal seat in Madhya Pradesh.
Sitting MP Prabhatsinh Chouhan would seek re-election from Panchmahal seat and former MLA Deep Sinh Rathore will contest from Sabarkantha.
