Adele is set to play a villain in the upcoming comic book adaptation flick 'The Secret Service', according to reports.
According to the Sun, the academy award winning singer would be joining Colin Firth and Michael Caine in the upcoming spy flick directed by Matthew Vaughn, the New York Daily News reported.
A source said that Adele is exactly what Vaughn is looking for, as he wants highest-profile names in various fields to boost the film's cause in order to turn it into a mega-money franchise.
Based on the comic by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, the flick is said to star celebs like David Beckham and Elton John, and set to hit the screens in November 2014.
