Minister of State (MoS) for Home Affairs Hansraj Ahir on Tuesday said Islamic State (IS) claiming responsibility of death of policeman in Srinagar might be Pakistan's trick.
Recently, a policeman lost his life in a militant attack at Soura in Srinagar on February 25.
Speaking to ANI, Ahir said, "This can be a trick of Pakistan, they should think how much will this damage their own country."
"We will continue to retaliate and it will prove harmful for Pakistan", he added.
He was guarding the residence of a Hurriyat Conference (M) leader Fazal Haq Qureshi when a militant attacked him and decamped with his service rifle.
