To carry forward the ambition 'Swachh Bharat' mission, the Air India has issued an advisory warning its staff of "appropriate action" if they were found spitting 'guthka' and 'pan' (betel leaf) on its premises at Safdarjung airport and Airline House.
In a circular issued here, the security department stated that the security staff have recently found most of the officers and staff chewing 'guthka' and 'pan'(betel leaf) and dirtying the premises by spitting.
Air India Ltd. President and Managing Director has urged the staff to keep the premises clean, said Mohammad Sahud, Senior Manager, Security, AI, in a statement issued here.
