Alankit Ltd announces results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 Under IFRS

Alankit Ltd, a part of Alankit Group and a leading e-Governance Service provider in India, has announced its first financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 after the acquisition of business from 1stSeptember 2015.

Highlights of the Results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2016:

• Revenue was INR 30.26 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016, in comparison to FY 15 which was INR 3.98 crores, which is more than 6 times increase in the total revenue YoY

• Net profit was INR 3.52 crore for the year ended March 31, 2016, in comparison to FY 15 which was INR 37 Lakhs.

• Alankit Ltd declared a dividend of 20% per share in the fiscal year 2015-2016 of face value INR 2 each.

• Annualized EPS INR 0.99 paise per share
