Former Samajwadi Party leader and Rajya Sabha member Amar Singh said on Wednesday that to stop the tsunami led by the Modi government, all the other parties need to come together.

Amar Singh said, "This is not the question of somebody's victory or defeat. The question here is that earlier all the smaller parties used to protest against the Congress. Now, the BJP has come up as a strong party and to stop Modi's tsunami all the small and big parties have to come together."

"Mulayam Singh Yadav and Sharad Yadav need to take up this task, along with the support of Mayawati," he added.
