Amanda Bynes was recently arrested for driving under the influence again after she failed to pass sobriety tests.
Officer Juan Galvan with the California Highway Patrol told the CNN, that the 28-year-old actress had stopped for a red light while driving her white Mercedes Benz SUV west on Riverside Drive, when she was asked to pull over.
The officers took her in on a DUI after Bynes in Sherman Oaks, California, and transported her to the West Valley CHP office for assessment by a drug recognition expert.
According to the arrest report though the 'She's the Man' star appeared "disheveled," she cooperated throughout the arrest process.
Bynes had been charged with a DUI earlier as well in 2012 for which she was granted three years on probation in February 2014, with a requirement to attend an alcohol education course and pay a fine after she entered a no-contest plea to reckless driving.
