Amanda Seyfried says going commando makes her feel 'empowered'

Amanda Seyfried has revealed that she feels "empowered" going out without underwear.

However, she told French Grazia magazine that she wouldn't let anyone notice she's going commando.

The 'Les Miserables' star insists she wouldn't tell anyone what she was doing, as she thinks it's good to have personal secrets.

She added that being the only one to have a secret makes her feel very empowered.
