Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that dogs and pets are an essential part of his family.
Speaking at Pawsitive People's Awards for dog lovers in Mumbai, the 'Zanjeer' star said that he has had a whole series of pets in his life, but unfortunately they all left him at some point.
"It was a very sad occasion when I lost my dog Shanouk a few months ago. But there is always space time and occasion to get another one and make them a part of your family," the veteran actor said.
