The 23-year-old songstress attended the Saturday Night Live after party in New York City when she was approached by a fan to sign her recently published nude pic in Vanity Fair as a part of a photo spread, reports E! Online.
Insiders revealed that the 'Heart Attack' hit-maker, who was accompanied by a male security guard, smiled widely as he presented it to her, but declined to sign it.
