Andy Murray's mum admits to lying about signing up for 'Strictly Come Dancing'
Judy Murray has revealed that she lied to her "mortified" son Andy Murray about signing up for BBC's 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 54-year-old Scottish tennis coach, who had told her son that she wouldn't be a part of the show, said that the "embarrassed" 27-year-old tennis star was trying hard to avoid being dragged to a live show after learning the truth, the Daily Star reported.
She added that it was all a bit over the top for Andy, who thought his mom to be "terrible" with dancing shoes, since he liked his downtime when not on the court.
