Half-sisters Norah Jones and Anoushka Shankar have teamed up to record a new track 'The Sun Won't Set'.
Daughters of Indian music legend Ravi Shankar by two different mothers decided to work together weeks after their father's death in December, the Huffington Post reported.
Anoushka, who learned sitar from her father, specializes in the instrument, while Jones is known for her beautiful, raspy voice and prowess on piano and guitar.
Ravi's death occurred in the midst of Anoushka's recordings for her seventh album, 'Traces of You', which will feature the new track.
Anoushka told Rolling Stone that she sent a rough mock-up to Norah and she liked it.
