Apple knows that the keyboard on your MacBook is not working properly and it is apologetic about it.

MacBook's butterfly switch keyboards were designed to make the typing experience better.

However, users have been facing incessant issues, from stuck keys to random misfires, even after Apple added a rubberised membrane to tackle the problem, TechCrunch reports.

Acknowledging the issues, Apple said it is sorry for the issues with the third-generation butterfly keyboard. Users facing the problem are suggested to contact AppleCare.
