According to the Verge, the Gold Master for iOS 9 and iOS 9.1 are being released to developers by the company.
Apple's iOS 9, which will officially launch on September 16th, guarantees a lot of upgrades that will make iPhones and iPads faster and more efficient.
Apple Pay, Notes, and Maps are all getting significant upgrades, and Apple's new News app will provide mobile-optimized articles from a mass of outlets. Siri is also getting a upgrade in the release.
Aside of bug fixes and improvements, it is not yet clear what 9.1 will bring to the platform.
