Apple has reportedly issued a minor update to iOS 7.1.1, with improvements to its Touch ID fingerprint scanner and other security updates.
According to Cnet, the iOS 7.1.1 update is the iPhone maker's first since it released iOS 7.1 last month and it includes improvements, bug fixes, and security updates.
The update has been released to tackle issues with inaccurate or "faded" sensors.
The update also fixes a bug that could impact iPhone and iPad keyboard responsiveness along with the issue that seems to crop up when using Bluetooth keyboards with voice over.
The iOS 7.1.1 update applies to the iPhone 4 and all later versions of the smartphone, along with the iPad 2, iPad Air, both Retina iPads and iPad Minis, and the fifth-generation iPod Touch, the report added.
