Ariel Winter gave her first public appearance after her breast reduction surgery at the Disney's D23 Expo on August 15.
The 17-year-old actress, who read 'Sofia the First book' to a group of young children, wore a green romper dress with multiple ring accessories during the event, reported E! Online.
Talking about her surgery, the 'Modern Family' star explained that she couldn't ignore the constant chatter in the media about her cleavage and decided to reduce the size of her breasts from a 32F to a 34D.
She added that back problems, neck pain and posture also contributed to her decision to go under the knife.
Winter further said she feels great now, adding that it was a quick recovery for her as she was up and running within five days.
