An attempted infiltration bid by a group of terrorists in Krishna Ghati sector was foiled by Indian army troops in the early hours of the morning. No casualties have been reported till now.
The infiltrators were reportedly heavily armed and a search operation is now going on.
Commenting on this infiltration bid, Brigadier (retired) Anil Gupta told ANI, "Everyone knows that Modi is going to visit Katra to inaugurate the railway station. It has been a tactic of Pakistan to plan some terror activity when some a big national or international leader comes. Since the encounter is going on, they might die or run away.
