Cricket columnist Greg Baum has claimed Mickey Arthur's recent claims of being caught into a fight between Clarke and Watson would not affect the Australian cricket team's performance ahead of the second Ashes Test in Lord's.
According to his column in the Sydney Morning Herald, Shane Warne, Steve Waugh, Glenn McGrath and Adam Gilchrist are all paying visits to the Australian cricket team at Lord's this week, with captain Michael Clarke saying that they are most welcome for any tips and insights they have, because their mere presence was an add-on.
Baum said that Clarke and Watson co-operated professionally and there was no sign of trouble as they consulted about tactics and also displayed a funny side.
