The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASSOCHAM) will host a seminar-cum-conference on gender parity in the media and entertainment sector on August 24.
The event will be held at the Hotel Hyatt Regency.
Prakash Javadekar, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Climate Change will be the chief guest. Preeti Madan, Member Secretary, National Commission for Women, and Ramesh Shippy, film producer and director will deliver special addresses.
Lalitha Kumaramangalam, Chairperson, National Commision for Women, Preeti Malhotra, Chairperson, National Council for Corporate Affairs and D.S. Rawat, Secretary General, ASSOCHAM, will be the other speakers.
