At least four people have reportedly died and twelve others have been injured in Tuesday's earthquake in Nepal.
Media reports said that three landslides had occurred Sindhupalchok District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. It is also being reported that some buildings have collapsed in Chautara municipality, which is only settlement in Sindhupalchok District with the administrative status of municipality and lies east of Kathmandu.
Sindhupalchowk was the region that reportedly suffered the most deaths in a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that devastated Nepal on April 25. The epicentre of Tuesday's 7.4 quake was in a remote conservation area between Kathmandu and Mount Everest, a foreign news agency reported.
Media reports further stated that on experiencing the fresh tremors, people rushed out on to the streets.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the epicentre of Tuesday's earthquake was 68 kilometres west of the town of Namche Bazar, close to Mount Everest and the border with Tibet.
Its effect was felt in New Delhi, parts of eastern India and even in Bangladesh capital Dhaka.
