Jordan Ayew scored an equalizer to help Aston Villa settle with a 1-1 draw against Newcastle in the Premier League.
Defender Fabricio Coloccini put Newcastle ahead in the 38th minute of the match before forward Ayew levelled the score in the 61st minute,the Guardian reported.
Aston Villa are currently languishing down at the bottom of the table, having just one win from 17 games they have played.
Aston Villa will play next match against West Ham while Newcastle will lock horns with Everton on December26.
