B'wood shower praises on PV Sindhu after clinching India Open 2017 Title

Olympic silver medalist P.V. Sindhu won the maiden India Open, after beating Rio Olympic gold medalist Carolina Marin in straight sets.

When wishes poured in from all around the corner for the ace Indian shuttler, Bollywood was no behind in congratulating Sindhu on her special moment.

B-town celebrities from Shah Rukh Khan to Amitabh Bachchan- all took to social media to congratulate the lady.

Here are some wishes:

Shahanshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan congratulated the Indian shuttler by writing, "T 2482 - @pvsindhu1 wins #IndiaSS title ..HUGE congratulations ! Sweet revenge, after the Olympic loss .. but this one more convincing !!"

The 'King of Romance' SRK expressed his happiness on her performance and wrote, "Super performance by @Pvsindhu1. Congratulations and thanks for making us proud."

Katrina Kaif wrote, "Aaaand she won! Congratulations P V Sindhu ...."

The director-turned-actor, Farhan Akhtar also poured in his wishes and wrote, "Congratulations @Pvsindhu1 .. well played... well deserved. Onwards and upwards. #IndianOpen2017."

The Indian badminton star added yet another title to her name after winning the final in straight sets 21-19, 21-16.

The win gave Sindhu her first India Open title and second Superseries title after the China Open last year.
