New Real Madrid player Gareth Bale has reportedly called the club's reigning star Cristiano Ronaldo as the 'boss' as he was greeted by the superstar during his first day at Madrid.
Bale, the world's most expensive player with his 86 million-pound price tag, was embraced by Ronaldo at Real's Valdebabas headquarters before training.
According to the Mirror, the embrace came a week after Bale insisted that Ronaldo would know who would take the free kicks at Madrid as he is the 'boss'.
The Welsh winger is set to make his debut from the bench for Madrid on Saturday away to Villareal, adding that he played his first half hour of competitive football after foot and groin injuries and the drama surrounding his move
Bale could be set to play as an emergency left-back after Brazilian Marcelo injured his thigh in his country's 6-0 win over Australia last weekend, the report added.
