Hockey India chief Narendra Batra on Monday said that India will not to play any friendly series like the Hockey India League with Pakistan until they apologise for their players misbehavior during the last year's Champions Trophy hockey tournament.

"We made our stand very clear, that the Pakistan Federation has to express regret for the behavior of the player which they were treating as normal , which as per us, is totally abnormal .So, until they express their regret, we are very clear that we will not be playing with Pakistan as far as a friendly series or a friendly tournament or Hockey India League is concerned," Batra told media here.

Batra further said that India would compete with Pakistan in international tournament as a commitment to play has been made.

"In international tournaments, we have no option. We have a commitment to play. We will certainly be playing whether they have to come to India, or we have to go out and play them," he added.

Batra also confirmed that senior and junior hockey team analytical coaches have already been finalised and they all will be joining within a month.

Earlier, Pakistan team went on a rampage post their semi-final win against India in Bhubaneswar in December last year. The Pakistani players also showed obscene gestures to the crowd and also took off their shirts.
