Becks' grandmother dies of stroke
David Beckham's grandmother suffered a stroke and died on Friday.
The 38-year-old retired sports star's maternal grandmother Peggy, who was 83-years-old, had been living in a nursing home in London for the last two years, Contactmusic reported.
Sources revealed that she had been suffering from a long illness and was placed on a life support machine, but she died in the early hours of Friday morning.
The husband of former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham was reportedly very close to her.
