Becks thrilled to meet 'special lady' Dame Helen Mirren in China
David Beckham, who recently met Dame Helen Mirren in China, has revealed that he was 'honoured' to meet the veteran actress.
During a press conference in Shanghai, the footballer appreciated Mirren, saying that she is a special and talented lady, the Daily Express reported.
Beckham, who is on a seven-day promotional tour for the Chinese Super League, was pictured talking to the 67-year-old throughout the event.
The 38-year-old looked dapper in a smart black suit and tie, while Mirren looked gorgeous in a black lace dress and just-visible yellow slip.
Helen is in China to attend the Shanghai Film Festival and promote new movie 'Parker'.
