Marussia driver Jules Bianchi's girlfriend tweeted support for her partner calling the Formula One star her 'champion' as he fights for his life following his crash in the Japanese Grand Prix.
Camille Marchetti posted the message in French on Twitter that says that Bianchi is her champion and he is the strongest. Her message was accompanied with emoticons of a heart and praying hands.
Osteopathy student Marchetti is the long-term partner of Bianchi and is often seen cheering him on from the raceday paddocks. However, she opted not to travel to Suzuka for the Japanese Grand Prix, The Mirror reported.
She regularly accompanies Bianchi to Formula One events and parties and is also known for her interest in fashion.
Bianchi is still in a critical condition in hospital following his dramatic crash in the Grand Prix on Sunday. The race was abandoned in the 44th lap after his car careered off the rain-soaked track and into a tractor, while it was recovering an already-crashed vehicle at the same corner.
Bianchi's father Philippe and his wife Christine are understood to be making their way to the Mie General Medical Centre near the Sukuka race circuit to be with the Formula One racer, the report added.
