Big B feels odd to be awarded Filmfare "at this age"

Amitabh Bachchan, who recently received Filmfare's 'Timeless Glamour & Style Icon' award, has expressed that it was odd for him "at this age to be getting this."

The 74-year-old megastar took to social media to post few pictures of him attending this year's 'Absolut Elyx Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards' held in Mumbai.

In a Facebook post that accompanied the snaps, the 'Pink' star acknowledged the award writing, "Filmfare Glamour Awards: and they gave me timeless icon award... at this age to be getting this is odd."

".but unhonee de diya toh maine le liya .. !!" he added.

Big B is seen in one picture with his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who also bagged an award for 'Trendsetter of the Year.'

In other pictures, Bachchan is being greeted by the lovely Alia Bhatt, who won the 'Youth Icon Of The Year' in the female category; he is posing for a selfie with 'MS Dhoni: The Untols story' star Sushant Singh Rajput.

The 'Absolut Elyx Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards' last night witnessed tinsel town's ladies display their most charming avatars while the men pulled off their most handsome looks.

The awards night as expected brimmed with several Bollywood A-listers and sought after actors including Pooja Hedge, Diana Penty, Tiger Shroff with daddy Jackie Shroff, Disha Patani, Prachi Desai, Elli Avram, Suvreen Chawla, Kunal Kapoor and Sooraj Pancholi.
