The 'Big Bang Theory' star Simon Helberg has signed an exclusive two-year deal with Warner Bros. to produce their upcoming two television series with his writer-director-actress wife Jocelyn Towne and their production banner, Wildline Entertainment.
The 34-year-old American actor, who gained fame from his dumb-funny role from US sitcom, will be first producing half-hour comedy and will write for the studio, Deadline.com reported.
In their second signed deal, the duo will pen a drama series for the production house based on the book titled Legacy Of Kings.
Expressing her excitement, Towne said that it was really thrilling for her and her actor husband to work on the project and to create it as a historically rooted epic for a younger crowd, also Helberg said they are ecstatic to partner with Warner Bros. to create the series.
