Bill Cosby can face a full-fledged investigation after an alleged rape victim files a police report, it has been reported.
Judy Huth, along with her new lawyer, Gloria Allred has just sued Cosby, claiming he got her drunk and then took her to the Playboy Mansion where he sexually assaulted her, TMZ.com reported.
However, the 77-year-old actor has filed legal docs, claiming that Huth was a liar who tried to sell the story to the tabloids 40 years ago and then tried extorting him in return for her silence.
The cops stated that they conduct these investigations because they don't know what twists and turns will occur, possibly unearthing new alleged victims.
