Bill Cosby is now under a criminal investigation in Pennsylvania over an alleged sexual assault that apparently took place in 2004.
According to a source, the criminal investigation was initiated when a judge unsealed depositions in a civil case filed by a woman, TMZ.com reported.
Meanwhile, another woman from New York has claimed that the American comedian assaulted her during the 2004 Penn Relays track meet in Philadelphia by grabbing her from behind and forcing her backside into his private area. She says she immediately complained but event officials blew her off.
Till now, over 30 women have come forward, accusing Cosby of sexual assault over the years, but no criminal charges have ever been filed against the comedian.
