Bill Hader has hopped aboard Steven Spielberg's 'The BFG' as one of the giants.
The DreamWorks project, which tells the tale about a little girl who leads a friendly giant and the Queen of England on an adventure to stop the bad giants from eating up others, will shoot in Vancouver, Deadline.com reported.
The film is being co-financed by Walden Media, who's also co-producing with DreamWorks Studios.
The adaptation of Roald Dahl's 1982 kids novel of the same name was completed by Melissa Mathison.
Mark Rylance will fill the role of the Big Friendly Giant while newcomer Ruby Barnhill portrays the little girl.
Spielberg, Frank Marshall and Sam Mercer will produce while Kathleen Kennedy, John Madden and Michael Siegel are executive producers, and Kristie Macosko Krieger and Adam Somner are co-producing.
