Communist Party of India leader D Raja on Monday said that the BJP is making a mockery of beef eating culture in Jammu and Kashmir."Who are these people to dictate what to eat and what not to," said Raja.
Speaking to ANI, he said, "This is a part of Hindutva agenda at the same time they want to win the Dalit vote bank and want to appropriate the Dalit icons and symbols in the country."
"This is a mockery of Indian Constitution. They cannot play with constitution of India. The constitution of India provides rights to all the people, it is not the job of the Government," he added.
